Cause of Death
Although the cause of death was not released officially, the mother of teenage has stated that his son had escaped suicide watch in an Irish hospital the day before his death.

According to Guardian, Shane O’Connor had been reported missing two days before his death, with the Garda Síochána launching an appeal for his whereabouts. He was missing from Newbridge, County Kildare, and was last seen on Friday morning in the Tallaght area of Dublin. Officers said they were concerned for his welfare.
